Queen Kaahumanu Center has long been known as the regional, fashion retail center of Kahului and includes a large theater complex. Although this property is not under A&B's ownership, it can benefit from inclusion into the Town Center concept as much as the Town Center can benefit from it as an established fashion center for the island. Each individual property within the development area, as well as each proposed District within the development area, has a symbiotic relationship with each of the other districts. In order to realize a true Town Center for Kahului, the districts must work together for the benefit of the whole.
